Shipping Policy/FAQ

Important: Please double check your shipping address and that the addressee is the name of someone who lives at that residence. 

♥Where do you ship from? 
I ship from Madrid, Spain.

♥Will I have to pay a fee/tax for being an international order?

While I can't be responsable for the custom policies in every country. I do cover the DDP fee in my shippings for most countries, so you shouldn't be charged with anything! 

♥ When will my order ship?
I ship once or twice a week, depending on the amount of orders.  So the time for me to send your order would be between 4 to 7 days. 

♥ Does my order come with tracking?
— All international orders will include tracking. For national orders, you'll have the option to add tracking at an additional cost. I'm working a way with correos to offer it for free in the future (crossing fingers)

♥If I place two separate orders, can you combine them?
— Yes, please email me asap with your order numbers to [email protected]. I would refund the extra shipping is that's the case. After the orders are shipped, they can't be combined.

♥ When will I receive my order?
— International delivery times can take anywhere from 7-30 business days. Please contact me if your order hasn't arrived by then so we can work something out. If you're from Spain or Europe Union then you should receive it within 15 working days (or even before)  after shipped depending on your location.

♥ why are the prices different than at conventions? 

— There are several reasons why I need to slightly adjust my prices in my online store compared to in-person events. Sometimes the costs to have certain items at events are higher or lower than having to ship them (flight and transportation limitations for example). The main reason for the slight difference is shipping and customs costs, which depends on the weight or volume of the order. Other factors include European customs fees, which I, as a company have to cover, the cost of materials for safe shipping, and so on. I will adjust these prices as I find the most efficient way to continue offering my work at the best price, always keeping your best convenience in mind!

♥ For returned packages: If your order is sent back to me due to an incorrect address or otherwise, you can pay for shipping again to have the package re-sent or I can refund your order if you prefer.
