Important: Please double check your shipping address and that the addressee is the name of someone who lives at that residence.
♥ When will my order ship?
— I usually take 3-4 days to fulfill an order. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Standard shipping doesn't include a tracking number so if you wish to track your order please purchas the tracking code listing.
♥ Does my order come with tracking?
— If you don't add the tracking listing to your cart, your order will be shipped by ordinary mail, no tracking.
♥If I place two separate orders, can you combine them?
— Yes, please email me asap with your order numbers to [email protected]. After shipping is done, orders can't be combined.
♥ When will I receive my order?
— International delivery times can take anywhere from 7-60 business days. Please contact me if your order hasn't arrived by then so we can work something out. If you're from Spain or Europe Union then you should receive it within 15 working days after shipped depending on your location.
♥ For returned packages: If your order is sent back to me due to an incorrect address or otherwise, you can pay for shipping again to have the package re-sent or I can refund your order.
♥ For international orders: When ordering to an address outside of the European Union, your order may be subject to additional duties or fees at time of arrival. Before making an international purchase, please be aware of these fees. As the buyer, you are responsible for paying these fees, they are not covered in the cost of your order.
